These terms apply when you use the Options Mood website and portal (the "portal"). The portal is owned and run by the owner of Options Mood ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

What you get

A subscription gives one person access to the portal for the period of the plan you pay for. The portal shows market data and analytics (market mood, option chain, Greeks, charts, flows, events, news, screeners and alerts) for your own research.

A research tool, not advice

We do not give investment advice, research recommendations, tips or calls to buy or sell any security, and we do not manage money. Indicators, scores and scanners in the portal are mechanical calculations on market data. You alone decide whether and how to trade and you bear the results. Read the disclaimer.

Who can subscribe

You must be at least 18, able to enter a contract under Indian law, and have your own Upstox account to supply the market data. Accounts are personal: do not share, resell or let others use your login. You can be signed in on a limited number of devices at once.

Market data

The portal reads prices from your own Upstox account using a read-only Analytics Token that you create in Upstox. The token is stored only in your browser and sent only to Upstox; we never receive it. Data accuracy and availability depend on Upstox and the exchanges, and the portal may show delays, gaps or errors. We do not guarantee that the portal will always be available.

Payment and access

Prices are shown on the website and may change for future periods. Access starts when we confirm your payment and ends at the end of the paid period. Plans do not renew unless you choose auto-renew; you can stop auto-renew at any time from your UPI app or bank. Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.

Fair use

Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, frame, resell or redistribute the portal or its contents, attempt to bypass sign-in or device limits, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, without refund for the remaining period where the breach is serious.

Ownership

The portal, its software, design, text, names and logos belong to the owner of Options Mood. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the portal during your paid period; it does not transfer any ownership.

Liability

The portal is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect losses arising from your use of the portal or its data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from the date shown. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at the place of our business address have jurisdiction. Questions: our support email.
