Privacy policy

This policy explains what the owner of Options Mood collects through the Options Mood website and portal, and why. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Your name, email address and mobile number (if you give it); a secure hash of your password; the plans you buy, payment amounts and payment references; and sign-in records (time, device type) used to keep your account secure and enforce device limits.

What we do not collect

Your Upstox token, your trading account details, your orders and your holdings stay in your own browser and go only to Upstox. Portal settings such as your watch choices, alerts and Telegram details are also stored only in your browser.

How we use it

To create and secure your account, confirm payments and grant access, contact you about your subscription, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

The website runs on Cloudflare. Online card and UPI AutoPay payments, if you use them, are handled by Razorpay under its own privacy policy. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists and for up to three years after it closes; payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your data, or to close your account, by writing to our support email. We reply within 30 days.
